The Impact of your Gift

Your donation will help to build a home for a hardworking family, and in return, that family's mortgage payment will help to build homes for many more families.  In this way, a donation made to Habitat for Humanity of Grant County multiplies meeting needs and offering hope to many families over time.

Honors & Memorials

Every day more and more people are choosing alternative gift options for birthdays, holidays, memorials and other occasions

Monthly Recurring Gifts

Set up secure, recurring ACH bank transfer payments (also known as eCheck), which allow you to give through your checking or savings account.

Recurring donors help lower administrative costs, which means more of your contribution goes toward our mission.

Donate by Phone or Mail

Make a financial contribution. It's easy. Give us a call or you can download a donation form to print and mail in your gift.

Stock & IRA Gifts

Donating shares of stocks or IRA contributions can offer tremendous tax advantages to you. It is not too complicated and we are happy to help walk you through the process.

NAP Credits

Organizations, corporations and individuals are each eligible to make a contribution to a NAP agency. When they do, they will receive a tax credit on their Indiana taxes worth 50% of their contribution.

For example: If an individual contributes $1,000 they will receive a $500 Indiana tax credit.

**NAP credits are not always available.

Materials & Services

In-kind donations of materials and pro-bono services help reduce costs, raise funds, and create more housing opportunities for local families in our community.

Vehicles

If you have a car, truck, van, trailer, RV, or boat you no longer want, taking up valuable space in your yard, garage, or driveway, consider donating it to support affordable housing in the Grant County.

Donor-Advised Funds

Using a donor-advised fund can be a flexible, tax-savvy way to invest in Habitat Grant County's mission

Planned Giving

Unlike a cash gift, a planned gift is typically made in your estate rather than your disposable income, and comes to fruition after your lifetime. For many who make planned gifts, it's a way to leave a legacy by doing something extraordinary.

Real Estate

Finding decent, safe, affordable housing is not easy for Grant County families. For Habitat for Humanity of Grant County, finding affordable land to build on is also a big obstacle.

Endowed Scholarship Fund

The purpose of this fund is to provide scholarships to students in participant families in the Grant County Habitat for Humanity Program for post-secondary education.

This fund is housed at the Community Foundation of Grant County.

Group Build Sponsorship

We love volunteer groups! Pull together your friends, family or coworkers and have fun making a difference.

We encourage sponsorship for our group build days.
